Jimmy Bailey is an active Lieutenant with the Mobile, Alabama Police Department, with an exemplary record of service to the community. Over the course of his career, he has worked in multiple specialized divisions, including criminal investigations and the narcotics division, gaining real-world experience in high-risk, high-pressure environments.

Known for his winning personality and calm, steady demeanor, Jimmy leads with confidence, clarity, and purpose—both on the force and within Bailey 360 Security. His approach centers on safety first, proactive planning, and mitigation of any unexpected situations that may arise. With two decades of experience working directly with people, he understands that effective security is as much about communication and judgment as it is about presence.

Alisha Bailey serves as a Communications Supervisor with the Mobile, Alabama Police Department. Having spent many years as a dispatcher, she understands firsthand the critical importance of clear, effective communication during stressful and time-sensitive events. Her background ensures that coordination, responsiveness, and situational awareness remain a priority in every operation.
